Roger L. Brown, Esquire
Welcome to the Law Offices of
Carpenter & Brown, P.A.
The “mission of our firm" is to provide the finest representation as attorney and lawyer possible for our clients. This means more than mere legal representation as an attorney and lawyer and includes giving wise counsel to those in need. Whether a business person in a complex transaction, a first time home owner or a widow dealing with the loss of her husband, the issues are always more than just "legal". Often clients present complex, sometimes contradictory, legal, emotional, and practical issues which need to be addressed in a straightforward yet sensitive manner by an attorney who cares. No one has all the answers, but we have both the experience as attorney and lawyer and the enthusiasm to resolve most problems. In the event a legal problem requires a specialist, we are quick to recognize the issue and have developed relationships with like-minded attorneys for referral in those special cases.
Our firm was established by two attorneys, Daniel T. Carpenter and Richard Bird, a former State Legislator, on June 10, 1972, and a third attorney, Roger L. Brown joined the firm as a partner on January 1, 1976. It has been known as Carpenter & Brown P.A since 1984.
Our Main Office is located at 1000 Corporate Drive, Suite 310, Fort Lauderdale, Florida (at Cypress Creek at I-95) and we have a satellite office at 701 East Commercial Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, Florida we have 40 years experience, providing services in probate, wills & trust, and real estate.
